Welcome to the release of the MinnesotaHelp.info mapping system of community services. The system maps approximately 27,000 services and 18,000 locations using data located in the MinnesotaHelp.Info database. Click here to start the mapping service .

This system provides an easy way to visualize the statewide distribution of services found in the MinnesotaHelp.info database with the intent to improve service delivery and coordination and generate policy discussion. The mapping capability was developed in partnership with the Land Management Information Center (LMIC) , Department of Administration and is based on data from February, 2008. MinnesotaHelp.Info is a database of community services including government, not-for-profit, and some for-profit agencies. MinnesotaHelp.info is sponsored by the MN Department of Human Services and the Minnesota Board on Aging as well as other partners. Management of the web site is done by the Minnesota Board on Aging. The mission of the Minnesotahelp.info database is to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the most up-to-date information about community services for anyone who is doing a search whether consumer or professional. The system is available for use by consumers and professionals and the linkage lines, enabling them to adequately provide information and assistance. An increasing number of professionals including county staff and health care providers are using the system to serve their patients. The site also designed to serve consumers so that they can get access to private and public pay services so that they can make informed decision about their best options and direct their own lives.
